When you imagine the original explosion of sound erupting into a manifested world, it is a might unfathomable to think of “the one” becoming many. If that is true, then how can humanity be anything other than one expression of that great resonating sound and light?
Oneness is echoed in our own physical body with all its complexity. You and I start out as one single cell embarking on an adventure that will produce cells with diverse shapes and functions: bone cells, nerve cells, red and white blood cells; the cells of the eyes, and skin. One unit consisting of over one hundred trillion cells, eleven organ systems and seven octillion atoms designed to keep our individual body and mind functioning properly.
Ah, all this designed to help the body to move and rejuvenate and thrive.
How are we doing with keeping our own physicality functioning well? Pause to ask yourself:
How do I care for myself?
What is one small and simple thing I could do today that will increase my functionality?
Then, morph thinking about personal physicality and wellbeing into a worldview: how might we keep humanity functioning well?
Wouldn’t the world we interact with each day feel more stable, relaxed and friendly once we consider the people in our life from a perspective of oneness, not separate from us?
Today I invite us to think about people in this way: by regarding their humanity, their innate perfection, playing their role, as they should, for our good, our advantage.
How might this view of others change the way we see and respond to people?
What might we discover that has been previously unseen?
Who is one person that comes to mind that needs you to see them and appreciate them today?
I am looking forward to seeing your posts. Thank you!
